My room had ample space. the wifi was fast. the lobby staff were very helpful in minding our luggage both prior to official check-in and after check-out. We were upgraded to a harbour side room and the view was lovely.
check-in is always unnecessarily long. the staff seem all over the place with paperwork and signatures.

the staff were amazing and very attentive. they were willing to switch our pillows for firmer ones when requested. the lobby staff were also very helpful in minding our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

the location is on the waterfront with a jogging track outside. whampoa mtr station is nearby; it only takes a few minutes to walk there. the hotel is conveniently located near the sea, providing stunning views.
