ample space fast wifi helpful staff harbour view
My room had ample space. the wifi was fast. the lobby staff were very helpful in minding our luggage both prior to official check-in and after check-out. We were upgraded to a harbour side room and the view was lovely.

the room i had was very clean and had ample space. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the beds are great. my room had a lovely view of the harbour.

the staff were amazing and very attentive. they were willing to switch our pillows for firmer ones when requested. the lobby staff were also very helpful in minding our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The location is on the waterfront with a jogging track outside. whampoa mtr station is nearby. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. the hotel is conveniently located near the sea, providing fine views.

the rooftop pool is great. i could enjoy the water views from the pool, but the view was really amazing! the gym is ok and has a limited opening. there is a buffet at the hotel restaurant.

check-in took a while. the staff seemed disorganized with paperwork. i had to pay for basic amenities like water, a policy i dislike.

The location provides direct access to the waterfront. The bar is adjacent to the harbour, directly outside the hotel.. It is a great place for an evening drink. The breakfast buffet offered many selections.
The check-in process felt a little slow.
